Avatrade’s spreads are much wider than advertised, especially during news events. Costs spike unexpectedly, and support is indifferent with no real solutions.

I deposited $500 and tried to withdraw, but my account was locked with no explanation. Support just keeps asking for more documents.

This platform keeps closing my trade at stop loss and never at take profit.I noticed for sometime but I thought maybe its me that made mistakes. So I studied them calmly and lo and behold they fail to close my take profit position and eventually the trade went to stop loss. I create tickets to report this they are yet to reply. They will tell you we are fast is support but it's all lies, I will surely be closing my account end of this week days if this isn't settled. Already inform the so called account manager, no one In the platform has explained why they fail to take profit of my trade.

Stay away from the broker.It executed my order below the set price twice already in this week,which made me loose money,and I contacted its support team, but they din't give any explaination. I will move to other brokers and i don't recomend it to anyone

I had a bad experience with their customer service, don't do business with them. I submited documents to verify to open account and it says it can take about 24 hours. The truth is, nothing happened after about a week.Then I sent an email to ask about my account status and got a reply after few days. It said my bank statement doesn't have address,although I had sent them my utility bill for proof of address.Think twice if you wanna to trade with them
