Avatrade’s spreads are much wider than advertised, especially during news events. Costs spike unexpectedly, and support is indifferent with no real solutions.

This platform keeps closing my trade at stop loss and never at take profit.I noticed for sometime but I thought maybe its me that made mistakes. So I studied them calmly and lo and behold they fail to close my take profit position and eventually the trade went to stop loss. I create tickets to report this they are yet to reply. They will tell you we are fast is support but it's all lies, I will surely be closing my account end of this week days if this isn't settled. Already inform the so called account manager, no one In the platform has explained why they fail to take profit of my trade.
