I often avoid live chats because they make me spend time on helpless bots. However, M4Markets is one of the few exceptions. I use the broker’s chat to ask questions to the support team, and in 95% of cases I’m entirely happy with their answers. In 5% of cases, I need to submit additional questions to get the exhaustive information. M4Markets also accepts client queries by phone, email, and a web form on its website — I guess the quality of assistance should be just as cool there.

I trust the M4Markets licenses and the positive feedback of its customers. Compared to competitors, this broker has a more modern website and mobile app. It regularly introduced new cool tidbits, such as the Cent account or social trading. The M4Markets team genuinely cares about its clients and wants to please them, I can clearly feel it. I’m grateful for their efforts, and I admit I enjoy trading with this broker. I wouldn’t mind having even more instruments to choose from.

I like how mobile trading is organized with M4Markets. The process of working with orders occurs in the smartphone versions of MT4 and MT5. Both are extremely functional and fast. To access the terminal, one should sign in through the M4Markets app. As far as I understand, it was launched not too long ago, so it looks and feels very modern. The app is also handy for deposits and withdrawals. I can manage my account on the go without needing a computer.

I trade with JPY, and M4Markets supports this currency. All the account types are compatible with JPY, except for the Dynamic Leverage. For me, it’s not a big deal because I act cautiously and rarely use leverage - and when I do, the amounts of up to 1:1000 that other accounts types offer is enough for me. To deposit and withdraw with JPY, I can use Sticpay with the minimum deposit limit of 5, and Bitwallet with the minimum limit of 50. The M4Markets terms suit me, and I enjoy trading in MT5 on my computer and smartphone.

M4Markets, I wasn’t sure which account type to choose. The support guys told me that I didn’t have to limit myself to one option, so I opened three of them that allow deposits of $5 — Standard, Cent, and Dynamic Leverage. All of them support USD and lack commissions. TBH, I hardly felt the difference between Standard and Cent, even though Cent has slightly higher spreads. With Dynamic Leverage, the leverage can be up to 1:5000, which is five times as much as the other two options offer. Now, I trade with a Standard account, and I’m looking for ways to increase my profit.

I tried to sign up with M4Markets right after I got a bonus from my employer, thought I’d double it quickly on the markets. The registration itself was simple, but my account review took longer than I expected, and that annoyed me at first. Now I see it as a good sign: they actually check clients instead of approving everyone in 5 minutes. Then, after registration, one has to pass verification and wait again for approval. Personally, I had to submit my ID twice because of the quality of my photos. Same with trading: at the beginning I rushed into setups and lost money. Only when I calmed down and started waiting for proper entries did I become consistently profitable. With this broker, patience really pays off - both at registration and in trading.

Maybe I’m just lucky, but I love the spreads at M4Markets in 80% of cases. And if I don’t, I wait until they improve. Sometimes, it takes a few hours, and in other cases, I have to wait longer. I trade indices and commodities in MT5 and haven’t had any serious technical issues: no freezes, no random disconnects. From my personal experience, I can recommend M4Markets to anyone who treats trading seriously. Can’t say much about beginners, because I joined them already having some trading background.

If you’ve never traded before, don’t rush into expensive courses. Honestly, the free stuff from M4Markets was more than enough for me to get started. I made this mistake myself, paid for an online course from an expert because I hoped he would share valuable insights. In fact, he gave me less information than what is available for free at M4Markets. If I could go back, I’d skip the course and stick with the broker’s materials. They give you everything you really need to understand the basics without charging extra.

I used news trading strategies on M4Markets with no issues—until I made profits. Then my account was suspended for “violations” and my withdrawal was denied. Support stopped responding. Feels like they don’t want traders to win.

M4Markets froze right when I tried to close a profitable trade. Lost my gains in seconds — they called it a ‘technical glitch.’
