During its operation, the company only served clients residing in Chile, a country that had no specific regulation regarding the offering of CFDs to retail investors until February 2025. Therefore, no legal or regulatory obligations were being avoided or evaded during that period.It is also important to highlight that no client ever experienced unresolved issues, nor were there any incidents that compromised client funds or trust.Today, Mercados G has evolved into an independent consultancy focused on financial education, platform analysis, and general guidance for traders in Chile and across Latin America.
