Octafx-earn claims to be regulated by VFSC and Seychelles FSA, but no valid registration exists in these regulators. This broker is unregulated and unsafe for investors.

i dont know a bout scam but you should be carfull i dontb trust this i am ready to show you my 150 e mail to get my fund out from them and still nothing
