Spreads widen sharply around news, and trade delays are constant — looks like price manipulation.

Not happy with this broker, SCAM. Firstly, without warning they had amended my leverage. No consulting with the client beforehand whatsoever. The bigger issue comes in, that because of this, my trading was blocked for close to 5 hours, especially since I was watching for the right window to enter a trade. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, took them more than two days just to respond with a generic email requesting account name, number, relevant screenshots… which were already included in the initial email sent. This tells you that they aren’t customer centric. And then upon withdrawing funds, what should take maximum 10min on the selected BNP blockchain, has taken over 45 hours and I still don’t have them yet. Update: they have now on two separate occasions, deleted my support ticket that I created requesting assistance as to find out why my funds are not being sent to me. The first time the ticket just disappeared, and now this time it’s marked as ‘solved’ when I still don’t have my funds and the status on the transaction is still ‘processing’.

Startrades is very versatile but needs a few adjustments in order to become perfectly smooth.

Yeah, I currently trade on a Standard account and things seem fine. Spreads start from around 1 pip, but be aware that’s applicable for the top FX pairs. I give it 4 stars because there is still some work to do on narrowing the spreads for other instruments like gold.
