Glorydale Merchant Services is a Payment Facilitator (PayFac) with a direct License from Visa and MasterCard. Glorydale is also a large stakeholder of an Acquirer in South America. To operate either of them entities as a Card Processor in conjunction with Soft-Pos, we also had to have our own Payment Institution License from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Along with the Data Protection License, we also have the Consumer Credit License with the FCA. As our software handles the full Card details of each and every Card and also settles money between Card-Issuer via the Core-Processor, therefore, we had to have our own PCI-DSS License. We have the CPoC License to operate Contactless Soft-Pos via our own Software House, and it is internationally certified by various Governing Bodies.
