I had a great experience with Alpha Capital Group (ACG). I traded with them for about three months, including the challenge verification, and I was able to receive a payout in around Four business days, just as they promised. Their customer support is excellent, responding within 20 minutes. The staff is very patient and helpful, guiding you through any problems. The trading conditions are also impressive, featuring very tight spreads, and I haven't experienced any slippage so far. Overall, ACG is a fantastic firm, and I highly recommend them!

I am extremely disappointed with ACG and want to share my experience. I successfully passed a 2-step 50K challenge, and my first KYC process was initially approved. At that point, my account balance was at $51,500, so I was $1,500 in profit. Shortly afterward, due to favorable market conditions, I managed to pass a second 50K challenge. I had a highly disappointing experience with Alpha Capital Group. Despite providing clear evidence of a trade closing 400 pips away from the actual market price, they refused to correct the issue. This is clear manipulation, as the trade closed hours before the market, where no slippage occurred. Their lack of response and refusal to address the issue caused significant financial loss and stress. Traders, beware.

Experienced a price glitch on Gold in December where price moved $40 up and down every few seconds, a limit order was triggered (set earlier in the day) and blew my max daily loss within a microsecond (it was not executed at the price I set it at, but $40 higher). After asking Alpha to review the price action, they claimed it was due to low liquidity, however given that spreads remained tight during this period that didn't make sense to me. Although it took over a week to get my credentials the prop firm has good spreads, being put on risk management even though I risked no more than 1.2% per trade in the evaluation was frustrating but the rules are okay if you usually have a bigger stop loss
