Alpha Capital's prop training on the ten-thousand-dollar account is solid-they've got clear rules, and honestly, it's been my favorite so far. I've stuck to them chat-perfect, no issues, and the support team? Absolutely unbeatable; they're quicker and more helpful than any other firm I've tried. Even when I slipped up-forgot that per-account time limit and breached it-they reactivated everything right away after one email, no fees, no drama. Felt genuine, not like some firms that nickel-and-dime you. If you're eyeing funded trading, give 'em a shot.

Alpha capital group UK, has denied me payment of over 35,700 dollars this year and they have gone ahead to breach my account 2063413 manually. They went ahead to impose a 1% risk rule on me, and a 1 hour cool off rule which they said was temporary as it wasnt in the agreement. Recently, i made 9417 dollars and they decide to continue denying me payment and even breach my account manually because i placed 2 trades within 1 hour, one trade lost 700 dollars and the second entry has a stoploss of 1158 dollars totalling to a total risk of 1858 dollars w...

Everything works smoothly until you reach the funded stage. Once you start making good money, it feels like they try to hold you back. Customer support is responsive and generally good. The dashboard is okay; it’s not the worst I’ve seen, but it’s not the best either. Their account processing and KYC are quite slow compared to the competition, which can be frustrating. On the positive side, their pricing is competitive and appealing for traders.
