The company was initially good, however lately they behaved very, very bad with no way to have any meaningful conversation with risk management or support. A month ago I received an email from risk management to not risk more than 1% or to be refunded the accounts ( I had 3 100k live accounts), after back and forth to them to clarify what not risking more than 1% entails ( does it include slippage, spread and commissions?) and after dealing with a support agent called Schinex who gave me wrong information, (he told me to not risk more than 0.5%) tha...

Actually, a problem caused me to write this review here. The trades I opened in Matchtrader started to close by themselves. Because of this, I lost about 700$ in my funded account. I asked to change the platform, and I didn't ask for any compensation for my losses, because companies don't take responsibility in such cases. However, the friends in customer support quickly took care of the situation and added all the losses to my balance, even though I didn't ask for them. MY EXPERIENCE WITH AQUAFUND IS GREAT . I HAD A 10 K ACCOUNT. THEIR DASHBOARD IS QUITE NICE AND COOL. THEY ARE VERY CAREFUL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. IT IS A GOOD FIRM.
