Customer service, trading conditions, payout times – everything is great. But I have to tell about one thing! There are too many restrictive rules. Trading is already difficult enough, and all these extra restrictions make things even harder. So you absolutely must read all the rules carefully and be sure to comply with them. If you follow everything, the system works extremely well :)

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this company handles its rules and customer relations. After receiving a message from them stating: “a violation is still a violation… the previous payout was a goodwill exception… similar behavior will not be tolerated… future violations may result in denied payouts or account closures without exceptions”, it became clear that they use their “Trading-Style Rules” however and whenever it benefits them.
