I just reached all the conditions for the payout and it was my life's first payout but they denied because of my kyc rejected I don't know the reason for rejection of kyc because all the documents are government legal and everything is correct but there customer service is very poor they don't even listen to you if you request them many time they don't even understand what trade feels when their life first payout get denied for reason like this I even ask them to manually do my kyc i will provide every document they ask but they are not ready to pay...

My favorite for traders challenge is the instant master challenge because it is very quick and there's not a lot of restrictions. This helps me out a lot and I can possibly get funded a lot quickly than other firms with harder and more expensive challenges.

After requesting my second payout I was requested a verification call that I completed: I was told I was flagged for EA usage (not after 46 days of challenge, not even after my first payout): a simple position sizer that opened positions based on my continous input. Note that those kind of EAs are encouraged by their rules, even their AI bot and human agent confirmed that.
