As it was indicated I received my payment within 48 hours after the request, I received it earlier, in 12 hours. I received several payments from them, but they claimed that a reverse transaction had occurred with an external account on February 13, and they suspended the purchase of new accounts. Because no such incident ever happened, I asked for an explanation, yet more than four and a half months have passed and they continue to ignore me.
