Customer care is very responsive and engaging in good time, trading conditions are good with the mt5, spreads and slippage are relatively low as compared to other firms, the dadhboard is easy to navigate, credentials are sent in good time as they promise. Overall it's a good firm

Fab support team at Funded Next Decided to purchase challenge from Funded Next and so, went through an online chat session with their support staff. Delighted with the response from Support Team. Their responses were prompt and they offered guidance that was easy to understand and easy to follow. The best part was that the support rep I talked to also shared all the Help articles, relevant to my query topics, directly in the chat, thus allowing to get all answers I sought for within the same chat window.

Had a conflict with them at the end of the last year. They mailed me saying that I breached my account by exceeding the daily limits. Such thing was not possible as I use an app to calculate my lot size which at the time was set at 0.3%. I even sent them my metatrader history report. I also gave them a 1 star rating on trust pillot and eventually they identified the issue and allowed me to use my account again. Also, their support was terrible.
