I have 150 emails going back and forth with them. I worked hard for my payout which is small, like 2k, and they have not given me any reason why they won't pay. They keep asking me to do the same thing 10 times, "wallet address issue", "show us proof of your rise account being verified", then really, I have shown them my Rise account MORE THAN TEN TIMES, and they keep telling me to do the same thing. Very good and fast customer care. Response is timely and helpful. Payout was processed fast too. Love the 40% news rule not available with other firms. Only negatives is scaling plan not as good as 5ers and that you have to withdraw everything after each cycle.
