I've had a very okay experience with the firm overall. Never had an issue with actually receiving the payout despite the hiccups with RISE when they initially on boarded them. After that it was smooth sailing. The commissions are great as well as the spreads. The response times in regards to support on the website can definitely be improved (having to wait 15-30 minutes on average for a response). Trading with Funding Pips has been a mixed experience for me. The spreads are very good for major Fx pairs I trade, never complain about that issue. In the last 2 years I worked with some prop firms , that really I can say Funding Pips condition and process was one of the best. Never had issue with slippage with them , best commissions + spread even in compare of firms without commissions . totally had 10 payout till now and none of them had any issue all processed in less time . few times i had question and their support always answered completely . their prices are great and even with the lowest price they have most 10%-5% max and daily drawdown. and also their 5 days payout is great. till now...
