This prop firm is not bad, just strick rules need to follow. My trading system is built in a way that works with the rules. Overall, not a bad firm at all, just customer service needs to improve.

Got payout denied for no clear rule, account was terminated after 1+ years of working with them and making 9 payouts. If my payout gets denied I want a clear reason and rule that is stated on the website, not something made up not to pay. Especially after taking 8 days to review an account.

Trading conditions on Funding Traders stands out among others, almost no slippage at all (MT5). Customer support is very amazing, helping you the best they can. Just follow rules (rules are simple and straightforward) and get paid, in my own experience on 2 payouts max waiting days is 4 working days, which is also reasonable coz they review all your trading activities (coz of those props hedgers). Im not happy to receive such an email. I have followed of the rules completely and havent done anything wasn't in the rules. As per my risk management it is always consistent and you don't see a visible stop loss because i'm copying my tardes from my other account. my phase 1 risk was 1.6% consistently, and phase 2 around 1.2% to 1.3% consistently so i wasn't gambling or trading without a plan it is not fair to follow all of the rules and pay for a certain account allocation and then after all of this time you offer me half of it without breaking ...

I received my first payment in this company. Yes, they have certain trading rules, but these rules allowed me to get to the payment, they discipline. You have to wait for the withdrawal of money, it is a little inconvenient of course, I would like to wish them to speed up the process of withdrawal of funds! So I am ready if they reply to my review. This is my 3rd time taking their challenge, and upon requesting my payout, they violated my account due to their consistency rule. The issue I had on the trade that they are saying I have breached 2% of a floating or same trade; at that time there was an issue with my MT5 server, and I opened 3 tickets to resolve the issue. Had a great experience so far with this firm. I have finally received my first payout without any Hassel. I'm grateful they were willing to work with me because they didn't like my scalping strategies so instead of terminating my account they lowered me to a 25k live acct from a 50k challenge. They refunded me the difference in price and still allowed me to go onto live trading just smaller funds.
