They are denying payouts without breaking rules when they want to. My 2 payouts were denied with reasons: 1. Unrealistic Trading Practices. Staff are very professional and the firm runs smoothly. The first payout took a little longer than expected, but the team was in constant communication and I felt taken care of. So i was not worried. Had a discussion with risk department before starting the funded account regarding my challenge accounts, but all was clarified in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this firm if you are a proffesional and understand the rules clearly. The knowledgebase pages are very clear and if something is unclear, the community support on Discord is fantastic.
