Hy i bought a promotion plan with funding traders a month ago. It was an instant funding account and i traded a month to complete consistency score but at the end they rejected my payout saying that you opened a trade 5 hours before the news. What a way to deny payout. In my 5/6 year prop experience this the cheapest excuse to deny payout.

After three years trading with various prop firms, this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a negative review. I was a victim of spread by FundingTraders, with positions closed without any clear justification. Even more concerning, my stop losses were triggered far beyond the initial 1% risk I had set per trade — reaching 1.5%, even 2% of my capital. This behavior is unacceptable and undermines the trust traders place in a firm that claims to offer professional conditions. ---

Regarding the rules, they are excellent, and I think they are very suitable for achieving a healthy mindset. I have a note I would like to amend. I would like a mechanism in place when receiving a funded account to detect any potential mistakes I may have made, so I don't spend a long time trading without making a profit. On 16th September 2025 at 2:11 broker time (greece time zone) they have 52 pips spread on us500 the most liquid index in the world (100 times the average spread of this instrument) I checked other 20 brokers at same time and day no one applied 52 pips the average was 1 to 3pips. And also, if the above is not enough, I bought challenge with holding trades during news allowed, and after 3 or 4 months they change their rule to news restrictions
