Customer service is horrible. I’ve been waiting for my funded account for over 72 hours with no updates. Support has been giving only false promises: "Your request is escalated; you will receive an update in 12 hours." Guess what? No update, no contact, nothing. This behavior is typical of an unprofessional prop firm. Imagine if they don’t honor their deadlines for issuing funded accounts—what will happen when I request a payout?
