Good Prop Firm but Payout Process is slow and Processing Time is 72HR in working Days. Customer service is so good, Trading Platform is not good and have spread on Majors ( EU , GU )

It's good .. but they breached my account due to close trades in news time but i closed it in loss not profit so i want to verify the account not to breach it. Disclaimer: The trader's account was breached by hitting the stop loss within two minutes before and after a high-impact news event. I passed the challenge and they said that i broke news trading because my trade closed on news with a stoploss. I opened the trade several hours ago and i wasn't trading news actively. I passed both phases of a 2 phase Goat challenge I got an email that the account will be reviewed and I was told I failed the review so I messaged the owner and to my surprise he replied me and promised to give me a retry of the phase 2 because the reason for the failure was a miscommunication.

When you purchase, they immediately send your login details. As soon as you reach the profit target for Phase 1, the Phase 2 account information is also sent. However, it takes approximately 60-72 hours to receive the live account. The spreads are normal compared to the market, ranging between 2-4 on EUR/USD and USD/JPY. In my opinion, the spreads on gold are excellent. I do notice a slight slippage on gold, though. But technically speaking, the platform operates fast. I bought an account with them and i passed both phases i received my funded creditntials then applied for withdrawal after a month as I didn't have any add on l. i received my payout after exactly 3 business days. Now i have applied for my 2nd withdrawal after 2 months. So let's see what happens.
