Customer care - Very quick, but vague answers, if they do actually manage to answer your questions. Trading conditions - The daily drawdown being based on equity is such a negative for swing traders. If a swing trader's trade is up by 3% at drawdown reset, and then drops to break even, and the trader closes at break even, the trader only has 1% drawdown limit for the day.
