So i passed second phase on 50k on December 12th. They sent funded account 50k funded account in January 15th. (yes, more than 1 month). February 10th was the day when you possibly could submit a payout and I wanted to do it. But on that day due to "100k giveaway" they said they could not provide payout and delayed it to February 18th. Okay, I waited 18th. This is definitely the worst propfirm I've ever seen. I did all my operations correctly, and in addition to them denying me a payout, they banned my account. Their excuse was that one of my operations didn't last 2 minutes, but in their FAQ, it states that this is a Soft Breach, and that the operation wouldn't just count. Obviously, as I had a payout of more than 3k, they gave an excuse to take me out and not pay.

Very good support! I had a technical issue, but the support team was pretty fast. The new support chat in the dashboard works flawless and improved a lot. Big Thanks to Mystic, Spencer and Alex who have sorted this out as quickly as possible. The last time i see QuantTeckel really making a statement towards a leader in the game. They have improved on all aspects and are listening to their customers. A new dashboard, new plan, an improved customer support. Steady getting where they belong!

QT used to be pretty smooth in all aspects but just like many other firms, they made many changes in rules and constant delay. Now I genuinely want new traders to be aware and choose their firm wisely. My 2 x 50k funded accounts got limited to 1 lot size per day. Yes not per trade, but per day. I only in 2% and 4% in drawdown and never risk more than 1.5% per trade. This is not just happening to me, many other funded traders randomly get the same email.
