Trading conditions work fine with QuantTekel. Unfortunately I have to recommend to go for a different prop firm. I requested a payout, yet they came up with a BS reason why they're not going to pay. They told me I would have to do another payout cycle again, including getting two extra trading days of 0.5% profit AGAIN. Their reason for denial: 'We currently are busy updating the payout date in the dashboard, thus you'll have to do the entire payout cycle, including the trading day requirements, all over again." This is ridiculous!

I received an email from risk@quanttekel.com stating that my accounts were lost because they identified activity on my account associated with connecting from a US IP address. I clarified that I do not reside in the USA, that I have no relationship with that country and that my city's IP is available on their system. I also presented proof of my residence to prove that I do not reside in the USA. Even so, arbitrarily, they deleted my 50k account balance, with a little less than 3% left to be financed, under the argument that it "seems" that the sys...

Good prop firm, had an issue with my funded account where they denied my account and accused me of using HFT, but they looked into it and gave it back, rightly so. So due to that I have a bit more confidence in them now

Best firm I've traded with. Incredible support and management. Great conditions and rules meant to make you a more disciplined trader! The only downside is one lacking feature in the dashboard but this is going to get added very very soon. Despite all challenges QT overdelivered in all aspects.

After stressing over my payout for a few days, The CEO Alex came through and sorted my issue within 10 minutes. Didn’t hesitate for a second, acknowledged the problem and sorted straight away. Very happy with the outcome and happy to be part of the firm.

The firm is pretty good imo, was a bit skeptical at first because of the migration but icl things have gone smoothly . maybe took more time than usual but cant complain. Passed my account and recieved payout within a month.

The customer support is fast and easy to talk to. However, it would be nice if their dashboard had a withdrawal timer or payout date. Additionally, it would be nice as well if they allowed to modify the stop loss/take profit as long as the duration of the trades is more than 2 minutes. But Overall, I'm satisfied with this firm as long as you follow the rules, you are fine.
