They have an outstanding customer care, every time i ask or have any doubts, i find my self helped by there friendly customer service team , i am still in the challenge phase 1, I received the credentials immediately right after the purchase without any delay, i have no issues at all at trades execution, commission are low and fixed , spreads are reliable and never affect any profit or loss made.

Great trading conditions, never get caught out by random slippage. Customer care is quick to respond and proactive with reaching out. Payout process used to be easy with Wise, but since moved to Rise is not good anymore, Rise charges absurd fees for payouts and takes forever. It's affecting the reputation of the5ers.

I've purchased an account with the loyalty points I earned here, thanks to propfirm match for granting me the opportunity. I didn't get to funded stage but my little experience with their challenge phase is spectacular, their spread is very tight infact they offer zero spread in some pairs, and also fast trade execution is another thing that made me love them
