The customer service is top notch. You get responses fast. The staff goes over and beyond to help you even during their own personal time contacting them through their personal social media accounts. The spread is very low. I've never experienced any slippage and the commission is low compared to many firms and/or brokers.

This has been a pretty seamless process compared to other props I've traded with. Even through the migration and a few glitches here and there, I have eventually received helpful white glove experiences with resolutions each time. I had a couple of firms where I purchased a challenge, but the community around the5ers is way better than any other propfirm. Discord is great, they have great content and they really are trying to make you a better trader and go for the long time relationship

According to my experience for few months, 5%ers is one of the most reliable prop firms in the industry now. They still offer MetaTrader plat form, spreads are very low, order execution is fast, payout processing speed is very consistent, customer support is good. Only disadvantage, in my view, is the maximum capital at the start is limited to USD100k. 5%ers is truly a 5 star firm.
