The company itself is very good, the rules are clear, the dashboard is very intuitive, and it's updated with every trade you make. My only problem has been the payment process. I made a request more than 7 days ago, on November 12th. On November 17th, they sent me the invitation from Rise to receive the payment, but I still haven't received it; more than 48 hours have passed and my payment hasn't even been approved on the dashboard.

I had a very bad experience especially in funded phase, cause off the daily loss, normaly most of all the DL is end of day, and it’s balance start based, but cuz of there rule of highst balance intraday, i lost my funded and was a day from the payout so i did never try them again and went over other with less rules

I got my account informations so fast i have been trading w them since 31/10/2025 I had only two problems at project x the platform i trade with 5 candles in 1 minute chart disappeared and two days ago they closed my position for no reason at the pm session

At the costing that blue guardian is providing the account is very affordable for new traders, the one thing i dont like is hard breach on hitting DLL, the platform is just ok and i got use to it.

My experience was initially concerning, but it was resolved excellently by the support team. My $50k account was mistakenly blocked due to an incorrect alert regarding the daily drawdown. I was within the rules, and the technical support managed to verify and reactivate my account in just 1 day. Although the initial error caused some stress, the speed and efficiency of the customer service in correcting the issue demonstrate professionalism and reliability. I am satisfied with the resolution.
