Support/Customer Care: The support is THE worst I have ever seen, they will gaslight you, ignore you, close tickets on you without solving the problem, when you ask them to clearly state their rules they will tell you „its common knowledge“. They will DELETE your messages in discord when you ask about payouts. They will BAN you if you write in the chat that you didnt get your payout. Well the trading conditions on this firm is good. I liked the project X interface and everything but the only issue is the customer service. I was funded and was going through a tough phase and I didn't wanted to trade for like a week or so. I didn't saw that they had a hard breach on the inactivity rules as I was not in the right state of my mind. I didn't trade for 7 continuous days and I got a mail if account breach. I like Blue Guardian Futures as it does KYC verification so fast. I passed evaluation and within 5 minutes of submission , kyc verification is complete and I got my live account activated . Also project x platform is so good. It lets you set daily loss and profit target after reaching that, account is auto locked for the day. Really helpful feature.

I purchased a funded account from this firm, and overall my experience was average. I didn’t reach the withdrawal stage, but the company itself is decent. So far so good, this is a new prop firm, they only offer projectX and volsys, if they add tradovate and rithmic would be better, their project x got lagging issue sometimes, but 50usd eval fee is every attractive
