The purchase is easy, the credentials are given very quick, spreads are good, and trading objectives and rules are decent as well. I didn't like that the dashboard wasn't always up to date, and that their customer service is sometimes pretty bad. I had times when I contacted them and received a quick, professional, friendly and clear response, and other times when it was a rude, short response that didn't even touch on what I was asking. After purchasing a $5,000 One Step account from CFT, I quickly realized that they do not offer the gold pair (XAU/USD), which is essential for my trading strategy.
