Hi Everyone, I want to share my frustrating experience with this platform’s support function. The platform lags significantly, and there are slippages even on small lot trades. I suspect there’s an algorithm altering your entry slightly. I encountered an issue with their app, where a trade was accidentally opened while I was scrolling. A very nice company. Phase 2 challenge took place here. Support always responds quickly via email or discord. I received the first payment within 5 days (but they had a poet’s move a little longer than usual), the account was reset after about 12 hours and I continued trading and waited for the payment. First of all, it has MT5 which puts this firm in the top 10. I only trade indices, the liquidity and execution speed is by far the best amongst other prop firms. You can also see the market depth from MT5 platform. Never had issue of order not executing on time or anything like it.
