The support team is very amateur. They always give memorized answers. and they keep saying "wait". After I passed the 2nd stage, it took 14 days for my funded account to be approved. While doing the KYC process, I accidentally uploaded a document that was not necessary and had been doctored with Photoshop, into the system. They banned me immediately. the process was smooth overall until they lost the mt5 license and the new platforms have multiple issues like huge slippages in ctrader and tradelocker being unavailable most of the time due to technical issues or attacks
