I open trades at 29.11.2025 of short on 2 accounts with 0.03 lot at btcusd and after 1½hour I took a hedge trade with same margin (hedge allowed,no martingale) because it's midnight and I'm going to sleep my lose was 14$ running (equity), They breach 1 account and other trade is running (injustice) And they said there rule is if 1% per instrument~exceed lose they'll breach me but equity is below that 1% and during hedge no other firm can close any trade during hedge but after hedge if 1% lose exceed they have the authority to breach my account, The...

This firm denies payout and there are many hidden rule which they share after requesting payout. and the rules itself are so confusing that you might never request payout. They reject payout due to gambling as per the website its not mention on the front page of 3% risk per trade which they should mention. it should not be hidden.

Reality of this Firm!! my honest review about that i bought 100k if micro account in thier platfrorm. with consitency rule of 15% i reached at payout request after one month clear dedication . after request payout reject first time becuase of hft rule voilation after that they deduct that one trade profit whch voilate 110$ they give back account to profit i done it again and made profit request again they again reject the payout for same rule which i voilate previosly and deduct 110$again . look the trasparecy of them they are not doing work transparently when terms come...

I just want to share my personal experience. This company made me experience unimaginable things — like some of my orders disappeared, some trades were closed during rollover even though I didn’t break any rules, hitting my stop loss even price didn't reach that price at that time from no broker in the world and they said it was a slippage from our liquidity provider and parts of my position history and account add-ons were removed. I was trading on a $10k IF Micro Account with proper risk management — 25 pip SL on a 0.2 lot, which is only 0.5% risk. But even after following all the rules, my account was suddenly marked as breached, and they claimed I violated the 1% rule, which is completely false. I had purchased 10K IF Micro Account and I had been steadily trading on it and my account had grew more than 3% in profits but they have breached my account stating 1% Per Instrument Rule which got never breached even if I combine all my current trade, the loses are well below 0.5% of my overall equity.
