Had my withdrawal of $1096 rejected and my account downgraded and reset because I vaguely violated one of the rules, when asked which rule I violated they said I broke the maximum lot size rule and that the monitoring system detected it when it wasn’t detected when my account was active which is strange. Hi PropMatch Team I’d like to report a serious issue regarding Instant Funding. I requested a $1,099 payout, and immediately after that, they closed my funded account (ID: 3037723) claiming a violation of their Gambling & Excessive Risk rule. However, their claim is false — my trades never risked more than 50% of the account balance,in one trade and the “screenshot” they used as proof doesn’t even match my real trades. I like the straightforward terms and the responsive discord and email support. I am okay with the trading conditions but I was not happy that they changed the terms of payout qualification after I had purchased the IFmicro account. They suddenly implemeted a 5% payout requirement which was unexpected and unpleasant. It is still currently advertised as 'no profit target' both on their website and even on propfirmmatch. I wish they had left existing accounts and only implemented on new accounts after the rule, or maybe give a timeline announcement...
