Everything is fine, but the website loads slowly, and the execution on the gold is taking much time. In addition, the spread should be corrected because all the slippage is falling on the traders when closing the trade.

Every single trade I placed slipped in normal market conditions with no news. We are not talking about 1 pip but 5 pips and even 9 pips on GBPUSD. That is double my risk gone instantly. i purchased a 200k IF micro account and they have not given me my account till now. I contacted their support and they said there is no payment associated with my account meanwhile the money has been deducted from my bank and the bank has provided all the transaction details to me which I have forwarded to them yet they claim there hasn't been any payment made from me.
